Shipping policy

All items are handmade, those that are custom orders will take within 5-10 business to prepare for shipping. Available products will ship within 2 business days. We ship via USPS, or UPS ground. Your tracking will be provided by email. We carefully package all items to ensure safe delivery, but if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
